This is Kesh's mate, Princess Fetrinite.
Princess Fetrinite appears only in Kesh's dreams, and she is apparantly from the future. I have no idea how far into the future, but I would estimate a good 50 years at least.
She lives in a land full of sadness and despair. She rides about and collects peoples pain as her day job. I would ask for my P45 personally, but nevertheless, a job is a job in this current climate.
